I saw the link to it on someone's blog, I'm not sure who's, and had to stop by. I've now added it to my reader, so I won't be missing any more of it. As a preference, I write two newsletters, and one of them has lots of subscribers, but I just send all my newsletters out on my own, and when people subscribe, I add them to the list, and I've never used one. I've never made any money from my newsletter either, which is a reason why I've never felt that spending the money for one has been justified. I read Barbara's comment above, and the truth is that I've never read anything by anyone that says why I need to have one, only that I should have one. I'm sorry, but if I just believed in stuff "just because" I'd also believe in some deity and the boogeyman just because everyone says I should without thinking about it. I don't have a problem with spending money, but let's be fair here. Many people end up buying a lot of stuff and then feel scammed because it didn't work, or feel overwhelmed because they don't have the time to read it all. I've never liked anyone else telling me how to spend my money without reason; just not my style. Still, I love your overall premise; it's all simple, but definitely not easy.
